These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Stock Tank Pools WA (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Products and services
Stock Tank Pools WA imports and repurposes galvanised steel stock tanks into above-ground swimming pools with external filtration systems. Due to the nature of these products, all pools are intended for above-ground residential use only *
2. Orders and payments

Orders must be placed via our website, email, or authorised channels.
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (with full refund if applicable).

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supply chain issues or customs delays.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not liable for delivery delays outside our control.

4. Product information and suitability

Our pools are repurposed agricultural stock tanks. While suitable for recreational use, they are not traditional swimming pools.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with local council regulations and pool safety standards, including fencing.
We do not provide installation services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warrentees and returns

We offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects of tanks and filtration systems.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications voids the warranty.
Due to the size and nature of the product, returns are only accepted in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of faulty goods or a refund, at our discretion.
Use of the pools is at your own risk, and appropriate supervision and safety measures must be taken at all times.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, branding, and product designs remain the intellectual property of Stock Tank Pools WA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

All sales are final and non-refundable .

Any manufacturing defects under warranty will be replaced , but this does not include general wear and tear, or inappropriate use / lack of adequate care.

Return and Refund Policy

At Stock Tank Pools WA, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, refunds, and warranties.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product you purchase:

Is faulty or damaged
Is not of acceptable quality
Is not fit for its intended purpose
Does not match the description or sample provided

These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the size, shipping costs, and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about suitability, dimensions, or compatibility.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged on arrival or contains a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

Your full name and order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the damage or fault

We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer:

A replacement part or product
A repair (where applicable)

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives with incorrect items or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will work promptly to correct any errors at no cost to you.

5. Warranty Claims

All stock tanks and filter systems come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect installation or use
Corrosion or wear caused by chemicals or harsh environmental conditions
Damage caused by impact, misuse, or modifications
Damage resulting from neglect or poor maintenance

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

Used or installed pools and components
Custom-modified products
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

7. Return Process

If a return is authorised by us:

We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.
Products must be returned in original or suitable packaging to avoid further damage.
You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, replacement, or repair within 7–10 business days.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
